Derek Neubauer is an 800hr certified Yoga Instructor through the Southwest Institute for Healing Arts, with focuses in Yoga Nidra & Polarity.

First introduced to Yoga as a means to heal his body from a snowboarding accident as a teenager, he soon fell in love with the meditative aspects of Yoga and knew he would become a teacher.
As a CrossFit Coach, his specialty lies in working with helping athletes with injuries and injury prevention through a Yoga practice.
