Check with your school to see what days and times the Spark Adventure After School Program will be offered. The program is designed to introduce children to yoga, and help to build a strong foundational yoga practice that they can take off of their mat and into the world.

Included
In this 8 week program, an Ignite yoga teacher will come to your school for 1 hour, 1 session a week. Emphasis is placed on postures, breathing, anti-bullying techniques, self-esteem, and stress management techniques. Kids will build confidence, improve focus, increase flexibility, and develop relaxation techniques that help with difficult times.
