We have gone above and beyond the Yoga Alliance expectations in order to bring you traditional methods through solid online experiences. We incorporated approaches from online colleges who have been teaching movement for years. We believe everyone learns differently and have worked to honor each individual student’s style. You will discover the difference with multimedia, learn as you go approach that honors your specific learning style. We have seen the difference of this individual approach with our recent online graduates.

After solidifying your project with your mentor during the first 1-2 months, you'll begin the self-paced learning through our online academy with doctors & health professionals. Attend live group meetings & discussions twice a month*. The remaining 7 months, students will then continue with monthly, semi-private 30 minute mentor meetings.
*Live meetings that you are unable to attend may be recorded for you to view upon your return if 2 weeks advanced notice is given.

After you have completed your 200hr training with Ignite Yoga, you have a one-time opportunity to choose a mentor from our advanced certified teachers to train and mentor with for a full year to extend your yogic craft!
Our teachers are known for their yoga area of expertise and work to help our students strengthen their craft, authenticity, and teaching style. We are proud to show all the students who have graduated from our programs go on to become amazing teachers and inspire those they seek out. They also develop a deeper understanding to strengthen their own community and inspire their own followings.
As a mentee, you'll receive a full Ignite Membership with all the perks at each of our locations! Plus, you'll have the opportunity to sub for your mentor and gain priority access to their in-studio classes. All this for just $149/month.

Ignite’s 300-hr YTT turned out to be a lot more fulfilling than I could have imagined. I was challenged, supported, mentored and received invaluable tools that not only strengthened my practice but helped me grow personally in ways unanticipated. Ignite yoga 200-hour training is a huge time, emotional, and learning commitment ! Having said that the superior balanced training by multiple licensed experienced teachers in numerous yoga techniques of Yoga was worth it. I have been doing yoga for 15 plus years.
